About Us

Statistics show that the average small business spends 6.9% of its revenue on IT. We were established in 2016 to help business owners invest this money wisely.

Our Managed IT Service is designed specifically to meet the needs of small businesses, allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Meet The Team

We’re a small dedicated team based in the North West of England.

Mike Harvey

Managing Director & Lead Consultant

I’m the Managing Director of Trusted Computing. I’ve been working in IT Support since 2008, and before that in electrical troubleshooting for as long as I can remember. Along the way I’ve been employed, freelance, and a small business owner – so fully understand the challenges facing today’s entrepreneurs.

I’ve implemented and migrated MS Exchange mail systems, support ticket systems, Sage CRM, Sage 200 synchronisation, and project-managed the concept, design and implementation of a large-scale Citrix deployment.

Other projects have involved interaction with server, desktop and mobile IT technology, all incorporating user internet protection. I’ve managed support teams, and simplified systems to maximise effectiveness.

I also undertake security audits of existing company systems, evaluation of business risk, research and analysis of software and systems to overcome specific business challenges.

If most of that went over your head then, put simply, I’m well placed to offer specialist support and objective, independent advice to small business owners to help ensure their business systems are aligned with their strategic goals.

Bhavish Sobrun

Senior IT Support Technician

I’m the Senior IT Support Technician with over a decade of experience managing a wide range of IT projects and providing comprehensive support to thousands of users.

My expertise spans various platforms, including Office365, Azure, AWS, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint. I have a keen interest in process automation and implementing innovative solutions, such as AI-powered chatbots embedded in SharePoint to enhance user experience.

I love challenges and ultimately thrive by making my customers happy.

Michael Nadin

Service Desk

I’m the ‘other Mike’ – the Service Desk administrator and usually the first point of contact for our customers.

My most important role is to make sure our customer’s technical problems are resolved swiftly and smoothly, and that they receive regular reports and updates throughout the month.

I also make sure that documentation is kept up-to-date, and that CyberEssential Certification applications are submitted accurately and on time.

My background is in front-line support for IT and Telecoms, so I’m well-equipped to deliver the excellent service that we promise to our customers.

Hilary Harvey

Creative Director

I’m the Creative Director – definitely not technical – and look after our marketing and client communications.

One of my key jobs is to make sure that everything we do can be understood by non-technical users. If I can understand a proposed solution and the business benefits, then our customers will be able to, too.

I’m also in charge of office administration and credit control, and, like Mike, have been both an employee in a fast-growing B2B company and a part-time small business owner.
